The bed was very comfortable and the front desk person was great!
The coffee pot and ice bucket were dirty and the lady serving breakfast was rude.

I enjoyed the microwave and fridge being in the room. I also enjoyed the convenience of the Water Taxi.
I dI'd not like the eggs. They dud not taste real and looked like the milk carton eggs.

A fair review, pros and cons
The staff was super friendly , especially Tina at breakfast, who genuinely cared about her guests. My room was quite comfortable and spacious with nice amenities.
Unfortunately, the hotel showed signs of aging, with outdated decor and cleanliness issues in the bathroom. I also experienced noise from the air conditioning that disturbed my sleep.

Short walk to river taxi.
Every thing to do is across the river, air didn't work well and made a very loud noise all night let them know never was fixed.

I had a lovely stay here and really appreciated the comfortable beds and the nice outdoor pool where I could relax in the sun. The breakfast spread was great, especially the fresh pastries, making mornings much more enjoyable. While the walls were a bit thin, it didn't ruin my experience at all, and I'd definitely recommend this place!

Location to Vetetans Arena - the staff was better than excellent -
I initially checked the price of the room and it was $149 per night. Less than 24 hours later when I went to book the room the price increased by $30 a night. I believe the fact that the SEC tournament affected the rate. If my friends weren't staying there I wouldn't have booked; the Hilton Garden Inn rate was $149/night.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, and always well stocked even though it was a busy weekend.
The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would like. For the cost, it would be nice if the hotel offered memory foam mattresses or toppers.

Location! There is a gas station directly across the street and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very nice and accommodating, especially taking down my name and cell phone number to call me when the room was ready. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and well appointed.
The a/c was a little weird. I had it set to 71 and yet it showed a temp of 80. It didn't feel like 80 but somewhere in between those two temperatures. During the night even with the fan running continuously it was hot and cold off and on.

Great value for families
The staff was really good. They were not just friendly but really went out of their way to help. Especially this one lady at breakfast who brightened my day. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and that makes a big difference when you're traveling with kids. Plus, the air conditioning worked perfectly, important.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the value, it was acceptable.
